Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options for all Australian orders:

• Standard Shipping — $10.20 AUD (estimated 3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping — $13.20 AUD (estimated 1–3 business days)
• Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $76.00 AUD

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays Pūrum is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services. During peak periods, delivery times may be longer than estimated.

Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at enquiries@purum.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
